Justin grew up in Carthage, Texas, studied kinesiology at Stephen F. Austin, and spent years as a football and track coach and science teacher at McKinney High School and in Garland ISD.
He left the classroom, but he never stopped coaching. Today he leads the Centurion Crew out of McKinney, training new agents the way he trained athletes: fundamentals first, reps every week, and nobody left on the bench.

Yes, and most people start that way. Classes run at midday and in the evening on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus Saturday mornings, so you can pick the times that fit around work.
There are costs tied to getting set up and earning your state license. Justin will walk you through the exact numbers on your first call, before you commit to anything.
You'll study for your state life insurance exam online at your own pace, with study tools provided and a dedicated person on the team to keep you on track and answer questions.
